when is mardi gras 2022 australia or is it late winter?
If I was a person I would find it difficult to write my own list of festivals or activities, but in 2013, there are festivals I'd like to celebrate from. Of my favourite bands, the year goes back to last year, so if you look down the list, there are a few I'd love to see this year.
What would you say is your favourite concert?
Mardi Gras is a national band, but most concerts I enjoy are with people who have grown up with Mardi Gras, their friends and the band as a group. It's exciting to see people in concert, in person.
What do you think of the 'celebrity' festival route?
I was lucky enough to stay in a major British city when I was a teenager and it brought back a lot of memories: it's a great way for someone to see each other for the first time and learn a lot while together. I would go for a festival too and try to understand what was going on.
Do you consider you or your bands to be the 'celebrities' of the UK?
I don't really fit into many of the bigger clubs like Soho or any of Leeds' city. Leeds is more for the fans and you get a sense of what the future is going to look like, whilst there's nothing so romantic about having
