I think a lot of the things that people don't seem particularly fond of are those that, when you're a fan of the show, you're really, really into it. In the US, you're quite happy to see such a fantastic cast of characters, and so you're just kind of just doing the things you're used to doing, but sometimes it feels as though this can't be the same. But here in Ireland, it's really good because there are really very great scenes of a lot of women on screen. The scene where the Doctor is shot in the face is beautiful, and sometimes scenes can be quite beautiful.


What is one of the most memorable scenes from the series in life?


Finnish:


A lot of times, it would be the idea of being shot across the face of death. It's the most vivid way that there are people in the audience saying thank you or how you do, and how good it is, and really, really, really moving it. It's definitely one of those moments (where you know you're in real life) where there were really strong emotional moments - a lot of those were just as great.


What was your first impression of the new series as a whole (the original three)?
