The book, written by Kate Bickner and produced by Boston based graphic designers who worked on the cover, was the last of the book's many collaborations with the publisher. Bickner and her husband will be writing new stories for it. They have started a company called "White Ladies White & Black," and the story has been featured in a couple of magazines and on websites the couple created. Since it was put to press, the book has sold over 4 million copies and amassed over 100,000 reviews.
