rouses mardi gras dipante. This white chia pudding is delicious. It is made with a variety of meats (meat of choice) and has many more that are good and healthy than the traditional pudding. It is prepared by mixing the eggs and water in a sauce pan. The sauce is made up of a mixture of meats, veggies, fruit, etc. and comes out strong, but not a lot of other toppings. The batter is prepared by pressing a piece of thick, hard, hard to break crust. You will need enough ingredients to make 7.25 cups per person, or about 2 ½ cups. We use a Dutch frying pan on the stovetop to clean the batter while the eggs and water are boiling.
Serves 5 for a breakfast, 10.75 for lunch, 2 cups for dinner, or about 2 ½ cups. (You can cut back to 1 cup each if you want!)
Recipe adapted from http://www.cranberryjerry.com/2011/08/07/chia-pudding-and-grocery/ When I was a little kid my family always had a recipe for Chia pudding. They just had to try some from a food market and found it boring. The ingredients were super simple: a handful of red chillies, a 1/4 tsp vanilla extract followed by a couple of sliced onions and red pepper. The pudding was even super easy when mixed with rice flour with the eggs
