Dump the dip mix in as little as possible, to keep the bread cold during cold weather. Add flour (or whatever you use in your pre-dipping mix) and mix thoroughly before adding more. To make the sauce, you can add the oil (or margarine if you use your pre-dipping mixture), but don't really add that much because it will make the sauce too spicy. You can also add more of whatever you'd like, as long as you don't use too much and then your sauce won't become too spicy.
Next, use as little as possible of whatever makes your pizza easier to make. For what we're doing here, we've had quite a few failures with pizza dough and the dip mix. I hope this helps someone else make their own dip mix with the same ideas. If you use any recipe above, though, you'll be fine.

Also, because bread dough is so low in sugar, some homemade dip mixes will make your pizza more pared to order, since they also include a tiny bit of sour cream.
