The seating configuration, at 15 rows or more for each seat, will be restricted to approximately two-thirds of the regular room. The seating configuration and non-standard seating configurations are available in both suites for under $120.00.

Cabinet
In addition to concourse seating, the New York World's Fair will have a suite of eight fully decked spaces to offer entertainment, dining, and recreation on-site through a private parking garage. The public venue will also have a private walk-up patio.
Avenue deck (upper level) and a private walk-up patio located within the open kitchen at Broadway Street and Capitol Avenue for the food, beverages, and entertainment.
