Paul has been a regular visitor all week, spending time with friends, making phone calls on his BlackBerry, playing golf with friends, reading magazines and eating at a buffet that's always packed with his friends.

Now, as of March 31, Paul says he is finally back on board.

At the New York Public Transit station in Manhattan that had housed Paul during his first public transit stop, the 41-year-old told a local radio station he was finally back on his train.

Paul Paul, right, says he's finally back on a new bus at JFK via Manhattan

"We're in New York - and you know, I had always been there with all these people," Paul said. "I feel good, I feel really comfortable, I feel super optimistic about the future, not only being able to bring people aboard, but in fact bringing food to people."

He said everyone has worked hard and he's always enjoyed his new bus.

"I have no idea how I'm going to do it. I have no idea if I'm gonna need it," Paul said. "I think people understand what it feels like. It feels great and I think everybody is on the same page."
