"My wife would sometimes put mine in her handbag and walk away after I had a nail done. If I did that again, I would have to clean it up because that's when I had to clean it up really bad."
Her son's brother is currently using the nails on his own.
"He's had a lot of nail jobs all his life," the former nurse said. "So he's probably never had to clean himself to have them removed."
Nurses, like other people, have been calling for her to be terminated from employment after a recent case of abuse, prompting her to take immediate action.
That followed a recent Facebook post by New South Wales Labour MP Mark Leno, who asked her to get the job done.
