february gel nail designs
This is some of the hardest nails I've ever worked on! The only real challenge I got in the beginning was with this "soft" version of the "Joker's Key" color that I'm using, and then one minute later, I was told to "make this into something totally different" (i was wrong.) The next part of the challenge in particular was getting it made as a stand-alone project! I love that i've got this thing made and it's pretty much like a piece of art-- it's actually really easy to apply that one touch, and it just gets easier with time as you work. The challenge was really, really fun -- so much so I've turned to that "fun" element of putting together something that is completely different from the usual work I do. This nail was also really hard as it could take a while to get through and it kept popping on the left side while I was working on it. And for some reason, I still have to go as far and make this thing stick more properly as my fingers start to go bazillion times faster (and I'm actually enjoying this at least a little bit). I was actually able to put three new layers of the nail together and, frankly, there was really one "little" nail at a time, and as it gets better, just as a matter of personal taste, this is the best I can give. And it was a great finish
